Albania, by the paperwork

Twelve documents print Albania, and that twelve is unique here

Twelve of the 38 restricted schedules opened for this index print Albania, and that particular twelve turns up against none of the other 121 markets counted here. Five of the twelve run to forty entries or fewer.

Twelve documents, and five of them choosy

Twelve restricted-territory schedules print Albania, all of them read on 26 August 2026. Ten came from archived captures and two, BitStarz and Metaspins, were read as live pages. Twenty-six further schedules were opened, read to the end, and carried no Albanian entry.

The twelve split cleanly in two. Seven are sweeping documents, each naming between 95 and 105 of the 122 markets in this index. The remaining five stop far earlier: Winz.io at 40 entries, CryptoLeo and Nine Casino at 38 apiece, BitStarz at 37, and Metaspins at 22. Those five carry the weight of this page, because a company that names twenty-two territories has chosen them one by one.

The shortest roll that reaches this market

Metaspins publishes the tightest clause of the twelve, and it is the figure worth holding on to. Twenty-two territories out of 122 means the drafter worked through a shortlist, and Albania survived that exercise. A hundred-name roll says something about the company holding it; a twenty-two-name roll says something about each name inside.

Four more brands sit in the same bracket, between 37 and 40 entries. Together with Metaspins they lift this market above every one of its immediate neighbours.

Twelve is a total, and not a rank

Seven of the 122 markets here reach twelve, and among those seven there are five distinct rosters. Germany also arrives at twelve and shares exactly three names with Albania, its other nine coming from documents that pass over the Balkans entirely. Cyprus arrives at the same twelve, Moldova reaches twelve on shorter lists, and Jamaica, Nicaragua and Uganda make up their own twelves from different combinations again.

So the number is a sum of independent drafting decisions rather than a position on any ladder. Two markets can meet at the same figure while agreeing on almost none of the paperwork behind it.

Where the neighbours land

Local totals fall away sharply. Serbia reaches eleven, Bulgaria thirteen and Greece fourteen, while Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro rest on seven and North Macedonia stops at six. Croatia matches that seven.

A spread from six to fourteen across a few hundred kilometres tracks which brands hold long schedules and which hold short ones. The geography inside each list belongs to whoever drafted it.

Twenty-six read, sixty-two unopened

Twenty-six schedules were read from end to end with Albania absent from all of them, and that observation stops there.

For sixty-two of the hundred brands the clause was never retrieved during this pass, because the page had moved, the terms sat behind a sign-in, or the archive returned something too poor to quote. Those cells print blank. Blank marks the point where the reading stopped; it is a third state, counting towards nothing and lifting nobody. How we read sets out the rule.

What each operator publishes about itself: the company named on the licence, the permit number and where it was read, how many countries the operator excludes in its own terms, and when identity documents are demanded. The country count is the length of a list the operator published, not our estimate of where it will accept you. An empty cell means the document was not read — it is not a zero, and it is not a permission.

Company paper, and Albanian statute

Every figure above came out of a document a business wrote about the service it sells, keeps aligned with its own licensing and banking, and rewrites without announcement. Regional editions of a single agreement drift apart, and four addresses in the table were published for Australian, Canadian and German audiences.

What Albanian law provides rests on separate instruments, which this index neither summarises nor gestures at. The country index carries the complete spread.

Questions people actually type

How many operators write Albania into their own restricted schedule?
Twelve of the thirty-eight schedules opened on 26 August 2026. Twenty-six further schedules were read through with the Albanian entry missing, and sixty-two operators in the hundred-name library keep a document that stayed shut during this pass.
Why does twelve count as a high figure here?
Because most markets in this corner of the map are reached by sweeping documents alone. Albania picks up five schedules that stop at forty entries or fewer, which is five drafting decisions taken about this market rather than about the world.
Which of the twelve has the tightest schedule?
Metaspins, whose clause reaches 22 of the 122 markets covered here. Playbet.io and DuckDice publish shorter rolls still, and both were read through with Albania absent.
Does this page describe Albanian gambling law?
It describes twelve commercial documents and their addresses. A restricted-territory clause is drafted by one company for its own agreement and revised whenever that company decides. Albanian statute and the Albanian regulator publish elsewhere, and the legal question belongs to them.
