Italy, counted
One document of thirty-eight names Italy, and it lists fourteen
One of the 38 restricted schedules opened for this index prints Italy, inside a clause of fourteen entries. The seven documents that each sweep 95 markets or more all leave the country out.
One document, and thirteen other names inside it
One restricted-territory schedule of the thirty-eight opened for this index prints Italy. It belongs to Crashino, it was read from an archived capture on 26 August 2026, and the clause it sits in runs to fourteen of the 122 markets counted here. Thirty-seven further schedules were read from end to end with the Italian entry absent. Sixty-two operators in the hundred-name library keep a document that stayed shut, and no figure of any kind attaches to them.
Exactly three markets in the whole reading carry a count of one, and Italy is the largest of the three by some distance. That is odd enough to be worth setting beside the rest of western Europe before anything is made of it.
The neighbours, counted the same way
Every figure below came out of the same pass through the same thirty-eight clauses on the same day, so the columns can be compared without adjustment.
| Market | Schedules naming it |
|---|---|
| Spain | 24 |
| France | 23 |
| Portugal | 14 |
| Greece | 14 |
| Germany | 12 |
| Italy | 1 |
Spain and France sit at the top of the European range. Italy sits at the bottom of it, one entry above the seven markets in this index that no read schedule names at all. The gap is a fact about how these lists were drafted, not a measurement of the Italian market.
Two other countries share the count of one, and neither is a near comparison: Finland, whose Nordic neighbours run from zero to eight, and Switzerland, which draws its single entry from that same clause. Italy and Switzerland therefore have counts that are not independent of one another. Remove that one document from the reading and both markets drop to zero, which is worth saying out loud rather than leaving inside a tidy figure.
Seven long schedules, and Italy in none of them
The single document that does name Italy is a short one. The documents that would most plausibly have caught it are long, and they missed.
Seven schedules in this reading each reach 95 or more of the 122 territories covered here. The shortest of the seven names 95, and the longest, published by Oshi Casino, names 105. Between them they sweep almost the whole index: the sort of clause that lists three dozen African markets and every French overseas collectivity. Italy is absent from all seven. A drafter can name 105 territories in one paragraph and still leave out the fourth-largest economy in Europe, and no note in any of the seven explains the omission.
What thirty-seven quiet documents do not settle
Thirty-seven clauses were opened and read through, and the Italian entry appears in none of them. That sentence is the whole of what was found, and the distance between it and the sentence a reader wants is where most comparison sites step across quietly.
A published list can describe an arrangement its author abandoned months ago. It can be replaced by a shorter regional edition written for another audience. Beneath it the cashier applies a payment processor's rules that appear in no public document, and the verification desk keeps a judgement in reserve for the day a withdrawal is requested. Silence in a schedule is silence, and it carries no promise from anyone.
What each operator publishes about itself: the company named on the licence, the permit number and where it was read, how many countries the operator excludes in its own terms, and when identity documents are demanded. The country count is the length of a list the operator published, not our estimate of where it will accept you. An empty cell means the document was not read — it is not a zero, and it is not a permission.

Sixty-two clauses that were never reached
For sixty-two of the hundred brands in the library the restricted clause stayed closed through this pass, because the terms had moved, because a login sat in front of them, or because no usable capture existed.
Those cells print blank. Blank is the third state on this site: it records where the reading stopped, adds to no total, and moves nobody up or down the table. Read as a permission it would dress unfinished work up as advice. How we read holds the definitions in one place and says what would move a brand out of the third group.
Trading documents, and Italian statute
Everything counted on this page came from terms of business. A firm keeps its territory list in step with its licensing and its banking relationships, rewrites it when either shifts, and puts the new version up without announcement.
What Italian law permits is settled by instruments this page never opened, and the question stays with them. A refusal printed in terms of service can read like an official act while binding only the person who accepted those terms. The country index shows the full spread: Spain reaches twenty-four, France twenty-three, and Portugal fourteen.
