Which operators write Turkey into their own exclusion clause

Ten brands, fewer decisions

The ten rows above look like ten independent judgements about Turkey. They read more like a handful.

Nine of the ten also appear on the Moroccan page, and the same core of five turns up on every country page in this batch. Brands built on the same platform tend to inherit the same restricted-territory schedule, revise it on the same day, and publish it under a different logo. A reader counting brands is therefore counting distribution, and a reader counting decisions would arrive at a smaller figure that the documents do not disclose.

Crashino is the exception here, and it is worth a paragraph of its own. Its schedule names fourteen of the 122 countries counted on this site, which is a short and evidently selective list, and Turkey is on it alongside a run of western European markets. A brand that excludes fourteen territories and chose to write Turkey into that fourteen has made a decision about the market. A brand that excludes a hundred has made a decision about its own operating model.

The twenty-eight that stay quiet

Twenty-eight operators published a restricted-territory list, that list was read, and Turkey was absent from it.

That sentence is the whole of what those twenty-eight support. It is a smaller claim than the one a reader usually wants, and the distance between the two is where most comparison sites go wrong. A published schedule can be out of date, can be superseded by a shorter list in a regional version of the terms, and can be enforced differently by the payment processor standing behind the cashier. Absence from a clause on 26 August 2026 describes that clause on that date.

The twelve operators in the table further down this page belong mostly to that quiet group, or to the unread one. Four of them published a list that has been read here: Stake names a single country in its own document at stake.com/licenses, Shuffle names fifteen, Cloudbet names two, and Bets.io names forty-two. Turkey appears in none of those four. The other eight rows carry an empty cell, which is a record of unfinished reading.

Sixty-two documents nobody opened

The largest group on this page is the one with the least to say.

Sixty-two operators in the library of a hundred have a restricted-territory clause that was never retrieved: the page moved, the terms asked for a sign-in, the archive held no copy, or the reading simply has not been done yet. An empty cell for those sixty-two is a statement about this desk rather than about the operator. Treating it as permission would turn silence into a recommendation, and that is the single most common way a table of this kind starts lying. The clause and the statute are different objects

Everything counted on this page is contract text. An operator writes a restricted-territory schedule to manage its own licensing exposure, its payment partners, and its appetite for a market, and it revises that schedule commercially.

Turkish law is a separate subject with separate sources, and this site takes no position on it. The two questions get confused constantly, because an operator’s refusal feels like an official act when it is read on a screen. It is a business decision printed in a terms page.
