Bolivia, counted
Every list naming Bolivia runs to at least 95 of 122 markets
Seven of the 38 published excluded-territory lists opened for this index name Bolivia, and the shortest of the seven runs to 95 of the 122 markets tracked here. The eighth-longest document in the whole index stops at 40 entries and reaches other places instead.
Seven entries, and the width of the documents behind them
Seven excluded-territory lists name Bolivia. All seven were pulled from storage on 26 August 2026, and the fourth column below gives the width of each document.

The fourth column carries the point of this page. The narrowest document holding Bolivia still spans 95 of the 122 markets counted here, and the widest spans 105. Seven entries, and every one of them arrived on the back of a sweep across most of the world.
The step down from 95 to 40
Ranked by length, the index falls off a shelf immediately after those seven. The eighth document runs to 40 markets, the ninth and tenth to 38, and from there the line descends through the twenties into single figures: five entries in one case, two in another, one apiece in three more.
Bolivia sits above the shelf and only above it. All seven of its entries come from the wide band, and the whole of the narrow band was drawn towards other places, largely western Europe, North America and a scattering of markets in the Caribbean and the Gulf.
That distinction carries weight for a reader weighing the total. A short list is evidence of attention: someone considered a particular market and wrote it in. A list of ninety-five is evidence of method, and the method was breadth.
The same seven names, from the Andes to the Caribbean
Those seven brands draw on one platform lineage, and the roster of territories is republished with each new logo. Ecuador and Paraguay return the identical seven, and so do the Bahamas, the Dominican Republic, Honduras and Guatemala.
Six thousand kilometres separate the ends of that group, and the roster varies across it by a single entry, which is one entry more than the drafting distinguishes. Colombia breaks the pattern with an eighth document written short and written deliberately.
Thirty-one lists that ran out before Bolivia
For thirty-one brands the clause exists, it was pulled on the same morning as the rest, and it reached its final line with Bolivia unmentioned.
Stated flatly, and it stays flat. Rewritten as thirty-one firms prepared to serve players here, it takes on an assurance the wording avoids giving, and that assurance leaks at four seams. Contract text is amended on a slower cycle than commercial policy. One agreement can circulate in several territorial editions that differ from each other. Deposits and payouts run through processors whose own rules appear nowhere a reader can consult. And a list of this kind is drawn up for the day an argument begins, which rewards width over accuracy.
Sixty-two documents still unopened
Sixty-two brands of the hundred followed here hold an excluded-territory clause that this pass failed to reach. An address had changed hands, a page demanded a login before it would draw, a stored copy came back too slight to quote.
Their cells stay empty, and an empty cell is a category of its own. It shows how far the reading got, it pins the totals printed above, and the brand behind it stays an open question. Turned into approval, it would lift incomplete work to the status of advice. How we read gives the standard.
The comparison table holds twelve brands, four of them with a list that came open: one country in Stake's, two in Cloudbet's, fifteen in Shuffle's and forty-two in Bets.io's. Bolivia lies outside each of the four, and the other eight cells stay empty for the reason above.
A list drafted by a company
Each number above belongs to a private document. A firm wrote it about its own product, in step with the permissions it holds and the money rails it relies on, and the text may be rewritten next week.
Bolivian legislation has its own authors and its own instruments, and this page keeps clear of them. Every figure gathered for the site sits together on the country index.
What each operator publishes about itself: the company named on the licence, the permit number and where it was read, how many countries the operator excludes in its own terms, and when identity documents are demanded. The country count is the length of a list the operator published, not our estimate of where it will accept you. An empty cell means the document was not read — it is not a zero, and it is not a permission.
