Bangladesh, counted

The briefest document naming Bangladesh runs to 95 entries

Seven of the 38 restricted schedules opened for this index name Bangladesh, and the shortest of the seven covers 95 of the 122 markets counted here. Next door, the shortest document naming Pakistan holds 14.

Seven schedules, all of them long

Seven restricted-territory schedules name Bangladesh, opened in a single pass on 26 August 2026. All seven came from archived captures. Thirty-one further schedules were read in full without a Bangladeshi entry turning up, and sixty-two of the hundred brands hold terms that stayed closed to this reading.

The rightmost column is the point of this page. The briefest of the seven, Bitdreams, still reaches ninety-five of the 122 markets counted here, which is seventy-eight per cent of the index. The longest reaches a hundred and five.

A shelf, and what a place on it is worth

Documents of that length are drafted as near-total coverage with openings cut for the handful of markets a firm actively serves. Bitdreams reaches twenty-nine Asian markets in its ninety-five; 7Bit Casino reaches twenty-nine in its hundred and two. A country arriving inside a document of that shape has been swept up rather than singled out.

That is the whole evidential weight of the seven. It says something precise about seven contracts and very little about Dhaka.

Fourteen entries, and ninety-five

The comparison that gives the figure its scale sits on the other side of the subcontinent. Pakistan is named by fifteen schedules, and the briefest of those runs to fourteen entries: a document choosing fourteen markets out of 122 spent one of the places on Karachi. Seven more Pakistani readings come from schedules under forty-one entries.

Bangladesh has a counterpart to none of them. Between fourteen entries and ninety-five lies the entire selective end of this library, and every document in that stretch stops short of the country. Whatever the drafters of those short documents were weighing, Bangladesh sat outside the weighing.

Around the region the same shelf produces the same figure again and again: India reaches six, Malaysia seven, and Bangladesh seven.

Thirty-one schedules with no Bangladeshi entry

Thirty-one restricted schedules were opened and followed to their last line, with the Bangladeshi entry missing from each. The claim stops at those thirty-one documents on that date.

Three separate mechanisms decide whether an account works, and this index inspects one of them. Behind the published schedule stands the cashier, applying territory rules set by payment processors and published nowhere. Behind the cashier stands verification, resolved when a payout is requested. Five of the seven addresses above are regional editions written for Australia, Canada or Germany, so even the visible gate has more than one wording.

What each operator publishes about itself: the company named on the licence, the permit number and where it was read, how many countries the operator excludes in its own terms, and when identity documents are demanded. The country count is the length of a list the operator published, not our estimate of where it will accept you. An empty cell means the document was not read — it is not a zero, and it is not a permission.

Sixty-two documents that stayed shut

For sixty-two brands the schedule stayed closed throughout: pages had moved, terms wanted a sign-in, archives kept only fragments.

Blank is what those cells print, and blank is a fact about the reading. It enters no total and shifts no ranking. Read as permission it would dress an unfinished job as advice, which how we read exists to prevent.

A company's terms, and a separate question

Each of the seven entries is a contract term drafted by one side of an agreement, kept in line with licence conditions and banking arrangements, and rewritten whenever those move.

Statute is written elsewhere by other authors, and this page leaves the subject with them. The country index applies the identical method to every market it covers.

Questions people actually type

How many operators write Bangladesh into their own restricted schedule?
Seven of the thirty-eight schedules opened on 26 August 2026, every one of them from an archived capture rather than a live page. Thirty-one opened schedules were read through with the Bangladeshi entry missing, and sixty-two brands in the hundred-name library keep a document that stayed shut.
Why does the length of each schedule matter?
Because a place on a fourteen-entry list has been chosen against 121 alternatives, while a place on a hundred-entry list arrives with almost everywhere else. All seven documents naming Bangladesh sit between 95 and 105 entries, so each reaches the country as part of near-total coverage.
Every reading is archived. What does that change?
It widens the gap between the figure and the present. An archived capture reproduces a page as it stood when the crawler took it, and the operator may have redrafted the schedule since. Three of Pakistan's fifteen readings came from live pages; none of Bangladesh's seven did.
Thirty-one schedules leave Bangladesh out. What does that support?
The absence of an entry from thirty-one documents on one date, and nothing beyond it. Payment routing and the verification step at first withdrawal are decided by parties who publish no schedule at all, so the counted gate is the only one visible here.
