What a schedule of a hundred entries actually says

A document naming 95 or 105 territories describes the business publishing it far better than it describes any one of those territories. It suits a thin compliance function, a licence with broad conditions attached, and a payment stack that prefers a short roll of accepted markets to a long one. Croatia appears in such a schedule the way most of the world appears in it.

Short schedules work the other way round. A brand willing to write down ten or twenty places has picked them, and each entry carries a judgement about that market. Croatian totals sit in the middle of a wide local spread. Slovenia reaches two, the lowest figure in the region. Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro land on seven with the identical roster described above. Serbia climbs to eleven, and so does Slovakia, while Hungary reaches nine.

The figures track which brands hold long schedules and which hold short ones, and the geography inside them belongs to whoever drafted each list.

Thirty-one schedules where the Croatian entry is missing
