India, counted

Six schedules print India, and one family member breaks ranks

Six of the thirty-eight restricted schedules opened for this index print India, and all six descend from one platform text whose seventh member skips the country. Thirty-two read schedules omit it; sixty-two stayed shut.

Six names, drawn from one roster

Six restricted schedules print India. The readings all date to 26 August 2026, and the address each came from stands in the second column. Thirty-two more documents were read from top to bottom with an Indian line absent, while sixty-two brands hold a clause that stayed closed throughout.

All six are built on one platform, and a territory roster rides along with it from brand to brand. Their totals cluster tightly, between 95 and 105 of the 122 markets counted here, which is the signature of a schedule built by sweeping. A figure of six therefore records six printings of one roster rather than six firms examining the same market independently.

The seventh document, and the four neighbours that carry it

That family has seven members. Bitkingz is the one whose schedule, at 99 markets, passes over India, and the omission stands out against the countries next door. The full set of seven reaches Bangladesh, Sri Lanka matches it row for row, Nepal carries the same seven names, and Pakistan holds all seven inside a larger figure. India alone comes up one short, and it does so at the hands of a document that names ninety-nine other territories.

A roster of ninety-nine has plainly been assembled in bulk, so the gap is likelier to be a maintenance artefact than a considered exception, and the document offers no note either way. This page prints the shape of it and leaves the explanation unclaimed.

Where the wider gap sits: fifteen against six

The more informative contrast runs the other way. Pakistan reaches fifteen in the same pass through the same thirty-eight documents, and the extra nine come entirely from schedules outside the platform family. Bets.io, BitStarz, CryptoLeo, Metaspins, Nine Casino, Wild.io, Winz.io and Playbet.io each print Pakistan. Every one of the eight passes over India.

Those are the selective documents, several running to under forty entries, and a short roster is the closer thing to a deliberate market judgement: a firm naming twenty territories has chosen each of the twenty. India's six come from the sweeping shelf alone, which makes it the largest market in this index whose entire figure is inherited rather than chosen. That is a finding about how eight documents were drafted, and it is the whole of what these counts support.

What each operator publishes about itself: the company named on the licence, the permit number and where it was read, how many countries the operator excludes in its own terms, and when identity documents are demanded. The country count is the length of a list the operator published, not our estimate of where it will accept you. An empty cell means the document was not read — it is not a zero, and it is not a permission.

Thirty-two schedules read with India left out

Thirty-two firms print a list of territories they exclude, this pass read each list through, and India stood outside all thirty-two.

That is the whole of the finding, and each way of widening it borrows something the documents withhold. Terms lag behind commercial policy, since one moves in weeks and the other in quarters. Regional editions of a single agreement disagree with each other, and four of the six addresses above carry Australian, Canadian or German editions. Payment processors run territory rules that appear on no public page, and the cashier answers to them. Identity checks arrive when a withdrawal is requested, months after a sign-up that went smoothly.

Sixty-two clauses still unread

Sixty-two brands in the hundred publish a restricted clause that resisted this pass. Some had shifted their terms to a fresh address, some served the page only to a signed-in account, and for some the archives held a capture too thin to quote.

Their cells stay empty, and an empty cell records the state of the reading rather than the content of the document. Every total above survives it untouched, and the operator's own position stays open. Treated as clearance it would turn incomplete work into a recommendation, which is the failure this index is built to avoid. How we read holds the standard a clause meets before its cell carries anything.

What the twelve rows below amount to

Twelve operators appear in the comparison table on this page, and four publish a schedule this reading opened: Bets.io names forty-two territories, Shuffle fifteen, Cloudbet two and Stake one. India stands outside all four, placing them in the middle group above, while the other eight rows stay empty for the reason just described.

One table therefore holds two kinds of quiet, and this site sets them out as two. A restricted schedule is a commercial instrument drafted by the company selling the service, kept in step with its licensing and its banking, and revised without announcement whenever either shifts. Indian legislation rests on separate instruments with separate authors, and this index declines to paraphrase them or to imply their content from a contract term.

The country index holds the full spread, with Indonesia and Thailand at eight apiece and South Korea at seven.

Questions people actually type

How many operators write India into their own restricted schedule?
Six of the thirty-eight schedules opened on 26 August 2026, every reading taken from an archived capture. Thirty-two further schedules were read to the end with the Indian entry missing, and sixty-two operators in the hundred-brand library keep a document this pass has yet to retrieve.
Why does the figure of six describe fewer than six decisions?
The six brands share platform infrastructure, and the territory roster is republished with each new logo. Their schedules run from 95 to 105 of the 122 markets covered here, sweeping rather than selecting. Six printings sit on top of one editorial choice about India.
Which document in that family omits India?
Bitkingz, at bitkingz.com/de/terms-and-conditions, whose roster reaches 99 markets. Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Pakistan each carry the complete family of seven, so India is the only South Asian market in this index where the set comes up one short.
What does an Indian entry in an operator's terms establish?
That the country stood in that published text on the day it was opened, and nothing wider. A restricted schedule is a contract term an operator drafts about its own service, revised as its licensing and banking shift. Indian statute has separate authors and separate instruments, and this page carries no account of them.
