Hong Kong, counted

Seven schedules print Hong Kong, and no market repeats these seven

Seven of the 38 restricted schedules opened for this index print Hong Kong. Across the other 121 markets counted here, that exact set of seven brands appears nowhere else.

Seven schedules, and the row that sets them apart

Seven restricted-territory schedules print Hong Kong. All seven were opened on 26 August 2026 at the address beside them: six as archived captures, one from a page answering live that morning.

Six of the rows belong to platform brands whose schedules run very long: Oshi Casino reaches 105 markets out of the 122 covered here, Mirax 103, 7Bit Casino 102, Bitkingz 99, Slotum 96 and Bitdreams 95. A document of that length comes from an operator that declined to sort the world case by case, and Hong Kong is one line inside it.

Wild.io is the row worth pausing on. Its schedule holds twenty-five entries, a quarter of the length of the shortest of the other six, and Hong Kong sits among those twenty-five. Somebody chose that entry deliberately, and the wording keeps the reasoning to itself. PlayAmo at ninety-six entries and Wild.io at twenty-five arrive in the same cell by opposite routes, one by covering almost everything and the other by singling out a short handful of places. A total of seven records the arrival and hides the route.

Twenty-three markets look the same and are not

Seven is a common figure on this site, and one particular seven is the commonest roster of all: twenty-three markets, scattered from the Balkans to the Andes, are reached by an identical group of brands. Hong Kong sits a single row away from that group. Swap Wild.io for PlayAmo, whose schedule covers ninety-six markets, and the two sets match exactly.

That single substitution is the whole difference between a figure assembled by sweeping documents and a figure with one narrow decision inside it. Mongolia and Malaysia both arrive at seven through that shared group, which is why comparing the three by their totals alone flattens what the documents actually say.

Thirty-one quiet schedules, sixty-two shut ones

Thirty-one schedules were opened and worked through without Hong Kong appearing in the wording. That observation covers the published wording on one day and stops there. Behind the wording sit a cashier whose payment provider keeps a private list of accepted territories, and a verification desk that forms its view at the point of payout rather than at sign-up.

Sixty-two brands hold a schedule still waiting to be retrieved for this site: pages had moved, some asked for an account, some archives returned nothing quotable. Their cells stay blank, and blank records the limit of the reading rather than a count of nil. How we read sets out what a document has to do before its cell is filled.

Wording from one side of the contract

Every figure above sits inside wording an operator wrote to protect itself, adjusted whenever a permit condition or a payment partner changed. Rules made in Hong Kong belong to a wholly different kind of document, and this page keeps the two apart.

The country index holds the full spread, including Japan at the same total through a partly different roster. The table below sets out what the twelve operators compared on this site publish about their own permits and checks.

What each operator publishes about itself: the company named on the licence, the permit number and where it was read, how many countries the operator excludes in its own terms, and when identity documents are demanded. The country count is the length of a list the operator published, not our estimate of where it will accept you. An empty cell means the document was not read — it is not a zero, and it is not a permission.

Questions people actually type

How many operators write Hong Kong into their own restricted schedule?
Seven of the thirty-eight schedules opened on 26 August 2026. Six arrived as archived captures and one, Wild.io, answered from its live page. Thirty-one opened schedules were read through with Hong Kong absent from the text, and sixty-two operators in the hundred-name library hold a document that stayed shut.
Why is the set of seven described as unique?
Because no other market among the 122 here is reached by these same seven brands. Twenty-three markets carry a seven that looks identical at first glance, and every one of them has PlayAmo where Hong Kong has Wild.io. The totals match; the rows behind them differ.
What separates Wild.io from the other six rows?
Reach. Wild.io writes twenty-five of the 122 markets into its schedule, while the six others run from ninety-five entries to a hundred and five. A short schedule has been drawn up market by market, which makes its Hong Kong entry a narrower decision than a hundred-name sweep.
Does this page describe Hong Kong gambling rules?
It stays with contract wording. Each figure above comes from a schedule an operator drafted about the service it sells, revised for its own commercial reasons. Hong Kong statute sits in separate instruments with separate authors, and this index leaves the question there.
