Fourteen published clauses put Greece on the excluded roll

Fourteen is the largest number on any of the ten European pages published here, and it remains a minority of the 38 restricted-territory clauses this index has opened. Fourteen operators wrote Greece onto the roll of territories they exclude; twenty-four published a roll that leaves it out; a further sixty-two operators have clauses nobody here has opened yet. Those three groups behave differently, and the difference matters more than the headline figure.

Twenty-four rolls that stay quiet

Crashino writes Greece into its terms and appears on none of the other nine files in this set, which is a reminder that these rolls are drafted company by company rather than copied from a common source. Some run to two countries and some to forty-two; the length is a drafting decision, and so is every entry on it.

Where the count falls, it falls for reasons the operator keeps to itself — Romania is at eleven and Hungary at nine, both taken from the same set of documents in one sitting, with Bulgaria between them at thirteen.

Every figure here travels with a date for a reason. Terms pages are revised by the company that owns them, quietly and at will, so a count without a date describes a moment nobody can locate. Ten of the fourteen entries above rest on archived copies, which pin the wording to 26 August 2026 and then start ageing from that hour; the four live readings were current at the same moment and may have moved since.

Fourteen out of thirty-eight is a large minority. It stays a minority.

What the comparison table counts

The country column in that table is the length of a roll the operator published, so a large figure means a long list rather than a strict operator. Blank cells belong to the eight of twelve whose clause remains unopened here, and blank stays blank until it is.
