Luxembourg is absent from all 38 territory lists opened for this index, each of them read on 26 August 2026. Its three bordering markets gather 51 entries between them across those same documents: France in 23, Belgium in 16, Germany in 12. Sixty-two further brands in the hundred-name library keep a document that stayed shut through this pass, so the figure below describes 38 readings and stops there.

The border, counted

A drafter working across western Europe passes within a few dozen kilometres of Luxembourg City three times over and writes the country on either side of it. The grand duchy sits inside the densest cluster of entries in this reading and stays outside every one of them, and the wording leaves the gap unexplained. Inventing an explanation would be the worse of the two options available here, so the table above is left to say only what it says.

Three European blanks, and four elsewhere

Seven of the 122 markets covered on this site finish the pass with an empty count. Three sit in Europe: Ireland, Norway and Luxembourg. The remaining four are Canada, Kuwait, South Africa and New Zealand, spread over four continents and four sizes of market.

Sixty-two paragraphs that stayed shut

For 62 of the hundred brands the territory paragraph remained closed to this pass: addresses that had moved, terms sitting behind a login, captures holding nothing readable.
