Six brands, and a twin in the Balkans

Six exclusion documents carry Tunisia. Each of them reaches 95 to 105 entries across the 122 markets this index covers, which places all six in the group that writes off most of the map as ordinary practice. Nothing shorter or more selective reached the country in this reading.

All six clauses came out of archived captures filed under the addresses above, each bearing the same date.

What a residue looks like

Across the African pages of this index the same six brands sit underneath almost every count. Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Tanzania and Zambia each show these six plus PlayAmo; Kenya shows them plus two more; Morocco shows them plus three. Tunisia shows the base by itself, and so the six describe what happens to a territory when the selective documents look elsewhere.

The twin is instructive. North Macedonia, a Balkan market with its own currency, language and banking arrangements, produces precisely this roster and no other. Two countries on opposite shores of the Mediterranean arrive at the same six because the six were never sorting countries with much care in the first place: a schedule that names four markets in five is a posture towards the world rather than a judgement about any part of it.

Thirty-two documents that read past it

Thirty-two legible documents opened with the Tunisian line absent. Stated plainly, that is a fact about paper. Reading it as an invitation adds three things the paper withholds.

A processor stands behind every cashier with a private map of accepted territory. Document checks usually land when a payout is requested, weeks after a deposit cleared quietly. And these schedules change by notice posted on the operator's own website, so a capture belongs to the hour it was filed.

Among the neighbours the arithmetic shifts by narrow margins. Algeria reaches seven because one eighteen-entry document names it, and Egypt reaches seven on a different addition. A single selective clause separates the lowest figure on this coast from its neighbours, which is a thin foundation for any story about relative appetite for these three markets.

The sixty-two nobody opened

Sixty-two clauses in the hundred-name library stayed shut through this pass, defeated by moved pages, sign-in walls and archive gaps. That number exceeds the thirty-eight that opened, and it belongs in plain sight for that reason. A blank cell in the table below records an unopened document, which is a statement about the reading rather than about any operator's willingness.
