Five restricted schedules hold Chile, and four markets share them

What identical rosters are actually measuring

Each of the five documents above reaches at least 96 entries out of the 122 markets in this index, and the longest reaches 105. At that scale a schedule works its way through South America in one continuous passage, collecting Ecuador, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay and the rest as it goes. A country's presence in such a document reflects how far the drafting extends, and very little else.

That is why identical figures across four markets should be read as one fact repeated rather than four facts agreeing. Peru returns the same five names, and Argentina and Mexico return them again. Where documents genuinely differ, the numbers separate. Colombia reaches eight because three further brands add it, one of them through a document short enough that every entry looks chosen. Brazil falls to four because three of the longest documents here run past it. Between those two ends, the continent is described by a single sweep.

Thirty-three schedules that reach other names instead

Thirty-three operators published a schedule of excluded territories, that schedule was read for this index, and Chile was absent from the text.

The sentence ends there because the document ends there. A schedule is written to defend a company in a dispute, which makes breadth cheap and silence meaningless as a promise. Beyond the schedule lies payment routing, governed by processors whose territory policies appear on no public page. Beyond that lies the verification clause every operator in this library retains, applied at the operator's discretion and applied hardest at the moment a balance is meant to move. A schedule describes wording, and wording is the shortest stretch of that road.

Sixty-two schedules that have yet to be opened

Sixty-two of the hundred brands tracked here have a restricted schedule that was never retrieved: an address that moved, a page asking for an account, or a place in a queue not yet reached.

Their cells stay empty, and emptiness here is a report on the reading rather than on the operator. It contributes to no total, improves no ranking, and confers nothing on anyone. Dressed up as a clearance, it would turn work still outstanding into a recommendation, which is precisely the move this index refuses. Four of the twelve brands in the comparison table publish a schedule that has been opened, and Chile appears in none of the four. Those four belong to the middle group above; the other eight rows stay blank for the reason just described.

Stored copies, and what the dates mean

All five Chilean entries came from stored captures rather than from pages answering live on 26 August 2026. A capture reports what an address served when the copy was taken, which is a slightly different claim from what an address serves now, and the difference is worth keeping visible for documents that change without announcement.

Four of the five addresses carry regional path labels written for audiences in other parts of the world, leaving one plain international address. Where an agreement exists in several editions, this index reports the edition it opened. The Argentine page sets out that same column at greater length, since the pattern is most visible there.

A company's schedule, and a country's law

A restricted schedule is a commercial instrument that answers a commercial question: which markets is this company willing to deal with. Licence terms shape the answer, processors shape it, and a private judgement about cost and reward shapes it most. Companies revise these files quietly and offer no account of why.

Chilean law belongs to different institutions and different procedures, and this page leaves it to them. The two texts resemble each other on a screen, both formal, both numbered, both apparently official. One of them is a company describing its own commercial position, and that is the only kind of document counted here.
