Thirteen names, six of them from short documents

Thirteen exclusion documents print Cote d'Ivoire. Seven come from the long schedules, which run from 95 up to 105 entries across the 122 markets in this index, and their presence here means what it means everywhere. The thirteen lines above were written by companies about their own service and are revised the moment a licence condition or a payment relationship shifts. Ivorian statute is settled elsewhere, by documents this index never opens, and the separation is deliberate.
