Lebanon, counted
Lebanon is Jordan's ten plus four selective schedules
Fourteen of the thirty-eight exclusion schedules read for this index write Lebanon into them. Ten of the fourteen are the regional common core, and the four additions all come from operators with compact lists.
Fourteen, and the shape underneath
Fourteen operators name Lebanon inside the exclusion schedule they publish themselves, out of thirty-eight such documents read on 26 August 2026. The count divides cleanly, which is rarer along this stretch of the index than the round total suggests. Twenty-four of those read documents carried the country nowhere in them.

Ten of those rows are the same ten that make up the whole of Jordan's roster. Lebanon's own figure lives in the four that remain.
The four that arrive on short lists
Bets.io names fourteen of the 122 territories tracked here. Wolf.bet names eighteen, Metaspins twenty-two, BitStarz thirty-seven. Each of those documents was drawn up market by market, and each of the four reached Lebanon while the ten long schedules underneath them were reaching most of the world at once.
Set beside the platform-scale lists in the same table, the contrast is plain: Oshi Casino excludes 105 territories, Mirax 103, 7Bit Casino 102. A country's presence on a document of that length says more about how the platform is distributed than about the country in it. A country's presence on a fourteen-entry list is the other thing entirely.
Wolf.bet is worth a line of its own. Across the five markets in this batch its eighteen-entry schedule reaches Lebanon and Iraq, passing over Israel, Jordan and Cambodia. Two selections from five, on a short list, read as two decisions.
Twenty-four documents that carry no mention
Twenty-four operators published a schedule, the schedule was opened and read, and Lebanon appeared nowhere inside it. That is the entire claim those readings support.
Three further mechanisms decide outcomes and appear in none of those twenty-four documents: the processor a cashier is wired into, the verification demanded when money is requested back, and any wording swapped in since 26 August 2026. Absence in a clause is evidence about the clause.
The sixty-two that resisted reading
Thirty-eight readings drawn from a library of a hundred leave sixty-two brands unrepresented on this page. Retrieval failed for them one way or another, and their cell stays empty as a mark of that failure rather than as any kind of finding about the brand. The methodology page carries the definition, which is where a reader should test it.
Whose document this is
The fourteen figures in the roster come from contracts drafted by fourteen companies for their own commercial ends. Licensing exposure shapes such a text, processors lean on it, and a view about where distribution pays finishes it, after which it is rewritten at will and with no announcement.
Twelve operators are reviewed in the table underneath, and the country index places Lebanon's fourteen in the wider run.
What each operator publishes about itself: the company named on the licence, the permit number and where it was read, how many countries the operator excludes in its own terms, and when identity documents are demanded. The country count is the length of a list the operator published, not our estimate of where it will accept you. An empty cell means the document was not read — it is not a zero, and it is not a permission.
