Serbia, and the arithmetic behind it
Eleven schedules print Serbia, and nine rosters produce that eleven
Eleven of the 38 restricted schedules opened for this index print Serbia. Ten markets across the index finish on eleven, and among those ten there are nine distinct rosters, so the shared figure covers nine different bodies of paperwork.
Eleven schedules, and how far each of them runs
Eleven restricted-territory schedules print Serbia. Nine came from archived captures taken on 26 August 2026; two, BitStarz and DuckDice, were read as live pages the same day. Twenty-seven other schedules were opened, followed to the last entry, and closed with Serbia elsewhere.
Seven of the eleven are sweeping documents, covering between 95 and 105 of the 122 markets here. The other four run short, and they are where the page earns its keep.

Fourteen entries, and the company Serbia keeps in them
DuckDice publishes the shortest roll to reach this market: fourteen territories out of 122. The other thirteen inside it are Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Denmark, Austria, Belarus, Greece, Slovakia and Ukraine. Of those thirteen, Belarus carries fifteen schedules of its own, four more than Serbia.
A list that brief is a shortlist, and its contents describe the drafter's field of view. On this evidence Serbia was considered in the same pass as several of the largest licensed markets in Europe, which is a different kind of fact from appearing in a hundred-name schedule alongside most of the world. Playbet.io, at nineteen entries, groups Serbia with Belgium, Portugal, Lithuania, Colombia and Pakistan — a shortlist drawn along quite other lines.
Ten markets at eleven, nine rosters behind them
Eleven is a crowded total. Czechia, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Georgia, Costa Rica, Trinidad and Tobago and Puerto Rico all finish there, and among the ten markets involved there are nine distinct combinations of documents. Only Romania and Georgia repeat one another exactly.
The overlaps with Serbia run from ten names down to seven. Romania shares nine, swapping Playbet.io and DuckDice for Wild Fortune and Wild.io. Slovakia also shares nine, trading PlayAmo and Winz.io for Rocketpot and Wild.io. Czechia comes nearest of all with ten in common and Rocketpot in the eleventh place.
Identical totals, then, assembled from six or seven different companies each time. Reading the roster rather than the number is the only way to tell these markets apart.
The neighbourhood, for scale
Greece reaches fourteen and Bulgaria thirteen. Albania stands at twelve, Hungary at nine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Croatia at seven, and North Macedonia sits at six. Slovenia holds two.
Serbia's eleven places it near the top of that range, and the four short rolls are the entire reason. Strip them out and the figure falls to the seven that cover the region as a block.
Twenty-seven followed to the end, sixty-two shut
Twenty-seven clauses were read in full with Serbia elsewhere in them, and that is the whole of the observation.
Sixty-two brands from the hundred-name library gave up nothing during this pass: pages had moved, terms demanded a sign-in, and some archived copies came back too degraded to quote. Their cells are left empty. Emptiness here records an unread document, sits outside the arithmetic entirely, and settles nothing about how a company treats this market. How we read lays out the rule.
What each operator publishes about itself: the company named on the licence, the permit number and where it was read, how many countries the operator excludes in its own terms, and when identity documents are demanded. The country count is the length of a list the operator published, not our estimate of where it will accept you. An empty cell means the document was not read — it is not a zero, and it is not a permission.

Contracts, and the law they sit beside
The eleven figures above were lifted from documents companies write about their own service, keep in step with licensing and banking arrangements, and rewrite whenever it suits them. Six rows carry regional editions of an agreement — Australian, Canadian, German and Brazilian Portuguese — and editions of that sort drift apart.
Serbian law is set by instruments of a different order and is left untouched by this index. The country index shows where eleven sits against the rest.
