Twelve clauses print Germany, all inside the Dutch roll

Twelve of the 38 territorial rolls read on 26 August 2026 print Germany. All twelve also print the Netherlands, where the same day's reading counted 27, so the German set sits wholly inside the Dutch one.

Twelve names, and a longer Dutch roll around them

Twelve of the 38 territorial rolls read for this index print Germany, and every one of the twelve also prints the Netherlands, where the same day’s reading counted 27. The German set therefore sits wholly inside the Dutch one. A reader comparing the two markets is looking at nesting rather than at two independent judgements, which is a useful thing to see before treating either figure as a verdict on a country.

Against those twelve stand 26 published rolls where the German entry is absent, and 62 operators whose document has yet to be opened at all. Every figure on the page comes from one reading day, 26 August 2026, and each address travels with the count it produced.

The split is even: six documents were fetched from the operator’s own site, six from stored captures. One address in the table repays a second look. Windice keeps its terms in a German-language directory, at windice.io/de/terms, so the German entry was read in a German-language edition of an agreement that also exists in other languages. Where several editions of the same terms coexist, the wording can differ between them, and the column above records the exact page that produced the count.

Four clauses that print Germany and pass over Australia

Rolls of similar length can point at very different maps, and the pair of markets makes that visible.

CryptoLeo, Nine Casino, Oshi Casino and LeeBet print Germany while leaving Australia out. Five run the other way: Cloudbet, Wild.io and Crashino print Australia and pass over Germany, and so do JacksClub and Empire.io. Eight documents cover both. The Australian count reaches 13 on a roster that overlaps the German one by two thirds, which is why this site tallies country by country rather than ranking operators by strictness.

Twenty-six rolls that describe their exclusions using other names

Twenty-six operators printed a roll of excluded territories on which Germany fails to appear, as of the reading on 26 August 2026.

Everything a reader might want to add to that sentence belongs to some other document. A roll is a commercial instrument, adjusted quietly whenever licensing, payment routing or appetite for a market shifts. Editions of the same terms in different languages carry different text. Past the roll stands the verification clause, kept by every operator here, which reserves a judgement to be used when an account opens and used again when money is meant to leave. Wording is the smallest of the obstacles between a reader and a payout, and wording is what these twenty-six files describe.

The table’s read clauses, and the German entry among them

Four rolls among the twelve operators in the comparison table have been opened here, and one of the four prints Germany.

Shuffle names fifteen countries at shuffle.com/info/terms, and Germany is among them. Bets.io names forty-two at www.bets.io/en/terms-and-conditions, and Germany is absent from that longer roll. Stake’s clause covers one country only, the United States. Cloudbet’s covers two, and Germany is absent from those as well. A fifteen-entry roll that prints Germany beside a forty-two-entry roll that leaves it out is the clearest available argument against reading a count as a measure of strictness.

What each operator publishes about itself: the company named on the licence, the permit number and where it was read, how many countries the operator excludes in its own terms, and when identity documents are demanded. The country count is the length of a list the operator published, not our estimate of where it will accept you. An empty cell means the document was not read — it is not a zero, and it is not a permission.

Sixty-two documents in an unread state

The biggest group on this page carries the least information. Sixty-two of the hundred brands in the library have a territorial clause that was never retrieved, for reasons ranging from a moved address to a queue that has yet to reach them.

Their cells are empty. Emptiness here records unfinished reading, adds nothing to any sum, and earns no operator a better place in the table. Read as a permission, it would convert a gap in the work into a recommendation, which is how tables of this kind usually begin to mislead. How we read describes how each cell is filled.

What a schedule settles, and what German law settles elsewhere

A territorial schedule answers one question, put by the operator to itself: whom will this company deal with. It is signed by that company alone, drafted for that company’s reasons, and enforceable by that company at its own discretion.

What German law permits a reader in Germany belongs to a different kind of source with a different kind of answer, and this page leaves the question there. Both sorts of document are printed, both are formal, and both occasionally point the same way, which is why they blur together on a screen. The blurring is the reader’s, and the documents stay apart.

Questions people actually type

How many operators write Germany into their own terms?
Twelve of the 38 whose territorial roll has been read for this index. Six of those documents were open on the operator's own site on 26 August 2026 and six were read from archived captures. The table on this page carries every address.
Why does every German entry also appear on the Dutch page?
Because the twelve rolls that print Germany all print the Netherlands as well, where the count reaches 27. Brands built on shared platforms tend to inherit a shared territorial schedule, so a German reader and a Dutch reader are often looking at one drafting decision published under several logos.
Twenty-six rolls leave Germany out. Does that mean an account is available?
It means the country is missing from wording published and read on 26 August 2026. Rolls change without notice, regional editions of the same terms differ, payment providers apply their own conditions, and the verification clause hands the operator a judgement it may use at signup and at payout.
Does the count settle whether such an account is lawful in Germany?
The count says nothing about that. A territorial roll is a clause an operator drafted for its own commercial purposes; German statute and the German regulator are separate authors of separate documents. This page reads only the first kind and leaves the second where it belongs.

Wave one continues at the operator table, on the page for Spain, on the one for Poland and on the one for the United States.
