Ecuador, counted
Seven schedules carry Ecuador, and 28 markets return the same seven
Seven of the 38 published restricted schedules opened for this index carry Ecuador. Twenty-eight of the 122 markets tracked here come back with that identical figure, which makes seven the most crowded band in the whole count.
Seven names, and the band they sit in
Seven restricted schedules carry Ecuador. Each was retrieved on 26 August 2026 from the address printed beside it, thirty-one further schedules were read to their end with the Ecuadorean entry missing, and sixty-two operators keep a document that stayed shut through this pass.

Twenty-eight of the 122 markets in this index come back with exactly seven. That is the widest band in the whole count, ahead of the twelve markets at eight and the ten at nine, and its members are scattered over four continents. Croatia, Qatar, Nigeria, Japan and the Bahamas all sit on the figure Ecuador sits on.
One roster, published under seven logos
The seven brands above share platform infrastructure, and the territory roster travels with it. Their schedules run to between 95 and 105 of the 122 markets here, and the membership overlaps almost entirely, so a market caught by the sweep collects seven entries in one stroke.
That is what the figure describes: a single drafting decision, issued under seven brand names. Guatemala, Honduras, the Dominican Republic, the Bahamas and Paraguay each return the identical set, and the Bolivian seven are those seven too, which puts Ecuador in a group defined by the reach of one document rather than by anything particular to the market.
Colombia reaches eight because a short document was drawn with that market in view, and Peru stops at five because two members of the family thin out south of here. Ecuador collects the family whole and one drafting decision.
Thirty-one schedules read through without it
Thirty-one operators published a roster of excluded territories, that roster was read here in full, and the Ecuadorean entry was missing from it.
The sentence ends there by design. Turned into thirty-one operators ready to open accounts in Ecuador, it becomes a claim the documents were drafted to avoid making, and it fails from three directions. Terms move on a slower clock than commercial policy, so a schedule can trail practice by months. Regional editions of one agreement diverge, and five of the seven addresses listed above were written for Canada, Australia or Germany. The cashier, meanwhile, answers to a payment processor keeping its own territory rules out of sight.
Sixty-two documents that stayed closed
Sixty-two of the hundred brands followed here keep a restricted clause this pass has yet to retrieve. Terms had shifted to a fresh address, a page insisted on an account before it would render, an archive answered with a capture too thin to cite.
An unfilled cell is the third of the three states this site works with. It reports the point at which the reading halted, it fixes each total printed here, and it leaves the brand undecided. Mistaken for approval, it would raise an unfinished job to the level of advice. How we read describes what a filled cell requires.
What the twelve-brand table holds for a reader here
Four of the twelve brands compared lower down publish a schedule that came open for this pass: Stake's reaches a single country, Cloudbet's two, Shuffle's fifteen and Bets.io's forty-two. Ecuador stands outside every one, which sorts all four into the middle group described above, and the eight remaining cells stay unfilled for the reason described just above.
Read quickly, four silent rows plus eight unfilled ones can look like twelve endorsements. Two different kinds of quiet sit there, and the difference between them is kept visible.
A company's schedule, and a country's statute
Every figure above was drafted by an operator about the service it sells, shaped by whatever licences and banking arrangements stand behind it, and revised whenever those shift.
Ecuadorean legislation answers to separate authors working in separate instruments, and the subject is left with them. The two are readily confused, since a market named inside private terms takes on an official air on screen while the judgement behind it stays commercial. The country index holds the full spread, from Brazil at four up to markets in the twenties.
What each operator publishes about itself: the company named on the licence, the permit number and where it was read, how many countries the operator excludes in its own terms, and when identity documents are demanded. The country count is the length of a list the operator published, not our estimate of where it will accept you. An empty cell means the document was not read — it is not a zero, and it is not a permission.
