Sri Lanka, counted

Sri Lanka stands one document above India, and it holds 99 entries

Seven of the 38 restricted schedules opened for this index print Sri Lanka, against six for India. The single document dividing the two neighbours covers 99 of the 122 markets counted here.

Seven documents, and a neighbour one row below

Seven operator schedules carry a Sri Lankan entry, every reading taken on 26 August 2026 from an archived capture. Thirty-one others were traced clause by clause with that entry missing, and sixty-two brands keep terms the pass could not open.

India reaches six, the lowest figure anywhere in the region. Its roster is this table with one row lifted out.

One firm, one clause, one place in the ranking

Bitkingz supplies the difference. Its schedule, captured at the German edition of the terms page, covers ninety-nine of the 122 markets in this index and includes Colombo; the same firm's clause passes over Delhi. Six other documents treat the two markets identically.

A gap of one between neighbours therefore rests on a single drafting decision inside a single company, in a document that already sweeps four fifths of the world. An island of twenty-two million and a subcontinent of 1.4 billion sit a row apart because one clause in one German-language capture reads slightly wider than the rest.

That is the argument for printing rosters instead of headline numbers. The figure moves for reasons unrelated to the size, wealth or character of the market underneath it.

Where seven sits in the index

Seven is the crowded middle of this reading rather than any kind of edge. Twenty-eight of the 122 markets counted here land on exactly seven, the biggest single band in the table. Above it the index thins quickly towards the United States at thirty-two, and below it seven markets are printed by no opened schedule at all.

The regional spread runs from India at six through Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and Malaysia at seven, Thailand at eight, Singapore at ten and Pakistan at fifteen. Four of those totals are built entirely from documents of ninety-five entries or more; only the top two draw on anything shorter.

Thirty-one schedules without a Sri Lankan entry

Thirty-one restricted schedules were opened and traced to their final clause, with the Sri Lankan entry missing throughout. The statement covers those documents on that date and reaches no further.

Three filters decide whether money moves, and this reading examines the first. The second belongs to the payment processor, whose accepted-country rules stay commercial and unpublished. The third is verification, which waits for a withdrawal request before it resolves. Five of the seven captures above are regional editions drafted for Australia, Canada or Germany, so even the visible filter exists in more than one wording.

What each operator publishes about itself: the company named on the licence, the permit number and where it was read, how many countries the operator excludes in its own terms, and when identity documents are demanded. The country count is the length of a list the operator published, not our estimate of where it will accept you. An empty cell means the document was not read — it is not a zero, and it is not a permission.

Sixty-two documents this pass could not open

Sixty-two of the hundred brands keep a restricted schedule that stayed closed here, whether the terms had moved, the page wanted a sign-in, or the archive held only fragments.

Blank is what their cells print, and the blank records the reach of the reading rather than anything about the brand. It stays out of every total and leaves the ranking exactly as it stands. How we read sets out what fills such a cell.

A commercial clause, and what lies outside it

The seven entries above come from terms of business, drafted by the firm that publishes them and rewritten whenever its licensing or banking arrangements shift.

Statute belongs to other authors and other sources, and this page leaves it in their hands. The country index holds the same reading market by market.

Questions people actually type

How many operators write Sri Lanka into their own restricted schedule?
Seven of the thirty-eight schedules opened on 26 August 2026, each read from an archived capture. Thirty-one opened schedules hold no Sri Lankan entry, and sixty-two brands in the hundred-name library keep a document the pass could not open.
How can Sri Lanka and India differ by one document?
India's six are Bitdreams, PlayAmo, Slotum, 7Bit Casino, Mirax and Oshi Casino. Sri Lanka carries those six and Bitkingz as well, whose schedule reaches ninety-nine of the 122 markets here. One firm's drafting separates a market of 22 million from one of 1.4 billion.
Is seven a high figure or a low one?
It is the crowded middle. Twenty-eight of the 122 markets counted here sit on exactly seven, the largest band in the index, while the busiest market reaches thirty-two and seven markets are printed by no opened schedule at all.
Thirty-one schedules leave Sri Lanka out. What does that establish?
The state of thirty-one documents on one date. The payment processor behind a cashier keeps its accepted-country rules private, and verification is resolved at the first withdrawal request, so two of the three gates lie outside anything this index can read.
