Israel, counted
Israel sits two documents away from an even split
Eighteen of the thirty-eight exclusion schedules read for this index write Israel into them, and twenty leave the country outside. Two documents separate the groups, the closest margin anywhere in this batch of markets.
Eighteen against twenty
Eighteen operators put Israel inside the restricted-territory schedule published on their own site. Twenty published a schedule that was read here with the country outside it. Both figures come from one pass of thirty-eight readings taken on 26 August 2026, and two documents separate the groups.
That closeness is the finding on this page. Elsewhere along this stretch of the index the shape is lopsided — Jordan stands at ten against twenty-eight, Egypt at seven against thirty-one. Israel arrives at something nearer a divided room, which is a reason to read the roster rather than the total.

Ten short schedules, eight long ones
Length is what splits those eighteen rows into two groups that mean different things.
Ten of them publish a schedule covering fewer than forty of the 122 territories tracked here. BetPlays runs to seven territories in total, and Israel is one of the seven. Bets.io and Crashino stop at fourteen each. Metaspins reaches twenty-two, Wild Fortune and Wild.io twenty-five apiece, Rocketpot twenty-six, BitStarz thirty-seven, and CryptoLeo and Nine Casino thirty-eight. A schedule of that size has been assembled country by country, which makes each entry in it a choice about a market.
The other eight sit at the opposite end. Oshi Casino excludes 105 of the 122, Mirax 103, 7Bit Casino 102, Bitkingz ninety-nine, PlayAmo and Slotum ninety-six each, Bitdreams ninety-five, and Winz.io forty. On a document of that length, one row describes the platform's operating shape rather than a judgement about a particular country. Ten selective schedules is the highest such figure across the five pages in this batch, and it is the reason Israel reaches eighteen while its neighbours cluster lower.
Two brands here appear on this page alone among the five in this batch. Wild.io and Crashino reach Israel while their schedules stay clear of Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq and Cambodia. Both keep lists of twenty-five and fourteen territories respectively, so both were choosing rather than sweeping.
The same test run in reverse is worth stating. Ten operators name Jordan, and all ten of them appear in the table above; Israel's roster contains its neighbour's entire roster and then extends it. Whatever separates the two figures on this shelf lives in the compact schedules, and it is a difference of eight documents.
Six live readings, twelve archived
The retrieval column is the other axis worth reading. Six of the eighteen came from a page the operator was serving on 26 August 2026: BitStarz, Metaspins, Rocketpot, Wild Fortune, Wild.io and BetPlays. The other twelve came from archived captures of the same addresses, taken in the same pass.
A live reading and an archived one differ in what could drift between capture and publication, and this index keeps them apart in every row for that reason. All six of the live readings here belong to the short-schedule group, which is a neat coincidence with a plausible cause: an operator maintaining a compact, curated list tends to keep it at a stable address that answers on the day it is asked.
What the twenty record
Twenty schedules were opened, read, and carried Israel nowhere in the text.
The careful sentence stops at that point, and the distance between it and the sentence a reader wants is where a table of this kind usually starts overreaching. A schedule can lag behind practice by months. A regional version of the same terms can run shorter than the one indexed here. The cashier sits behind a payment partner with rules of its own, and identity checks arrive at withdrawal rather than at sign-up. Twenty absences on 26 August 2026 describe twenty documents on 26 August 2026.
The sixty-two that stayed shut
The largest group on this page produced the least text. Sixty-two operators in the library of a hundred keep a restricted-territory clause that was never retrieved here, so they appear in neither column above. Some moved their terms to an address that now returns nothing, some put the document behind a sign-in, and for the rest the archive held no usable capture.
An empty cell for those sixty-two is a record of this desk's reading rather than a statement about the operator, and the methodology page keeps that definition in one place where it can be checked.
Contract text, and only that
Everything above was drafted by an operator for an operator's purposes. A restricted-territory schedule answers to licence conditions, to the appetite of payment partners, and to a company's own view of where its product is worth distributing, and it is revised on that company's timetable.
The comparison table underneath covers the twelve operators reviewed on this site. One of them, Bets.io, also appears in the roster above from its own terms page, and the Curaçao register row for its licence reads as revoked. Two documents from two registers, describing the same brand, is the ordinary condition of this shelf.
For the near neighbours, Iraq runs higher and Saudi Arabia much lower, while the country index holds the full spread.
What each operator publishes about itself: the company named on the licence, the permit number and where it was read, how many countries the operator excludes in its own terms, and when identity documents are demanded. The country count is the length of a list the operator published, not our estimate of where it will accept you. An empty cell means the document was not read — it is not a zero, and it is not a permission.
