French Polynesia, counted
Fifteen clauses print French Polynesia, and New Caledonia matches
Fifteen territorial clauses out of the 38 retrieved for this index print French Polynesia. The identical fifteen operators print New Caledonia, brand for brand, while the metropolitan entry reaches 23.
Fifteen entries, matched exactly by a second collectivity
Fifteen barred-territory schedules print French Polynesia. Each was pulled on 26 August 2026 from the address printed beside its name, three of them from a live page and twelve from a stored copy. Twenty-three further schedules opened with the collectivity outside their text.

The same roster, printed twice
New Caledonia collects fifteen entries from precisely these firms. Where two territories thousands of kilometres apart draw an identical roster, the likeliest explanation lies in the drafting rather than in either market: schedules of this kind circulate between operators, get copied wholesale into a new brand's paperwork, and carry their territorial groupings along unchanged. Counting them twice records the same editorial decision twice over.
That reading is worth holding in mind before the figure is read as commercial intent. Fifteen firms named the collectivity; how many of the fifteen weighed it separately is a question the documents leave open.
Ten metropolitan entries the collectivity misses
The French tally stands at twenty-three, eight ahead. Ten of those schedules print France and stop short of the Pacific line: Rainbet, Rocketpot, Sportsbet.io, Windice, DuckDice, Wolf.bet, Crashino, JacksClub, Playbet.io and LeeBet. Two firms invert the pattern, Winz.io and CoinCasino, both of which itemise the collectivity while leaving the metropolitan entry aside.
So thirteen documents carry both names, and twelve documents carry one of the two. A reader in Papeete who assumes the French figure applies unchanged overstates the position by eight schedules, which is the practical value of separating the counts.
The ten metropolitan-only schedules share one property: every one is short. Measured across the 122 markets tracked here, they run from six entries at JacksClub to twenty-six at Rocketpot, with Rainbet and Windice on eight apiece. Seven of the fifteen documents reaching French Polynesia, by contrast, run past ninety entries, Oshi Casino topping the group at 105. Length accounts for much of the difference, and a figure of fifteen says as much about how far a drafter itemised as about any view formed of Tahiti.
Twenty-three quiet texts and sixty-two closed ones
Twenty-three opened schedules pass over French Polynesia, and the statement that supports reaches exactly as far as the wording on the day. Terms trail practice, banking partners hold accepted-market rules that stay private, and verification is decided under separate paperwork when a payout is claimed.
Sixty-two of the hundred brands print an empty cell in the table below, marking documents that stayed shut: a moved address, a login wall, a capture that returned damaged. How we read describes the standard, and the country index applies the same division elsewhere.
What each operator publishes about itself: the company named on the licence, the permit number and where it was read, how many countries the operator excludes in its own terms, and when identity documents are demanded. The country count is the length of a list the operator published, not our estimate of where it will accept you. An empty cell means the document was not read — it is not a zero, and it is not a permission.

Commercial paperwork, kept apart from statute
A territorial schedule answers to licensing exposure, payment routing and appetite for a market, and it changes whenever any of those shift. The result is published without its reasoning, which is why it reads with more authority than a commercial decision has earned. Statutes come from other authors and other procedures, and this site leaves them to the institutions that write and apply them.
The same treatment runs through the pages for Australia and New Zealand.
