Nepal, counted

Twenty-four markets carry the same seven documents as Nepal

Seven of the 38 restricted schedules opened for this index name Nepal. The identical set of seven turns up behind 24 of the 122 markets counted here, from Iceland to Paraguay to Zambia, which makes it the commonest roster in the whole reading.

Seven names, and where they come from

Nepal appears inside seven restricted-territory schedules. Each was read on 26 August 2026 from an archived capture of the page beside it. Thirty-one further documents were traced clause by clause with the Nepalese entry missing, while sixty-two brands in this library keep terms the pass could not reach.

The commonest roster in the index

Run the same seven names against all 122 markets and they come back twenty-four times, exactly and in full. Nepal is one of the twenty-four. So are Iceland, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro; Guatemala, Honduras, the Dominican Republic, the Bahamas, Ecuador, Bolivia and Paraguay; South Korea, Taiwan, Mongolia, Malaysia, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka; Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt, Tanzania, Cameroon and Zambia.

No other combination in this reading is shared by more than seven markets. Twenty-four countries across four continents, with different currencies, different licensing arrangements and different banking systems, produce one identical row of seven brands.

What that sameness measures

The explanation sits in the rightmost column above. Every one of the seven covers between ninety-five and a hundred and five of the 122 markets counted here, and the shortest of them still reaches more than three quarters of the index. Documents drafted that broadly are describing the firm behind them, its licence and its payment arrangements, rather than sorting the world market by market.

A figure of seven, arrived at this way, is a statement about the drafting shelf a country happens to sit on. Nepal shares that shelf with Ecuador and Zambia because seven companies wrote one wide clause each, for reasons the clauses keep to themselves.

The selective end of the library behaves differently, and it is where the region's variation lives. Pakistan is named by eight documents holding forty entries or fewer, which is why its total reaches fifteen. Nothing under ninety-five entries reaches Nepal.

Thirty-one schedules read without a Nepalese entry

Thirty-one restricted schedules were followed to their last line, and Nepal is absent from each. The finding is confined to those documents on that date.

Between a published schedule and a completed payout stand two arrangements this index cannot see. Payment processors apply accepted-country rolls that stay commercial and private. Verification comes last and settles at the first withdrawal request. Five of the addresses in the table are regional editions written for Australia, Canada or Germany, which adds a further layer of wording between the capture and the reader.

What each operator publishes about itself: the company named on the licence, the permit number and where it was read, how many countries the operator excludes in its own terms, and when identity documents are demanded. The country count is the length of a list the operator published, not our estimate of where it will accept you. An empty cell means the document was not read — it is not a zero, and it is not a permission.

Sixty-two unopened documents

Sixty-two brands in the hundred keep a restricted schedule that stayed beyond this pass, whether the terms had relocated, the page asked for an account, or the archive held only fragments.

Those cells print blank. Blank marks the boundary of the reading, belongs to this desk rather than to the operator, and leaves every total where it stood. How we read keeps the definition where it can be checked.

Terms of business, and the limit of this page

The seven entries above are commercial drafting: clauses a company wrote into its own agreement and revises on its own schedule.

Statute has other authors, and the question stays with them here. The country index applies the same reading to each of the 122 markets it covers.

Questions people actually type

How many operators write Nepal into their own restricted schedule?
Seven of the thirty-eight schedules opened on 26 August 2026, all seven from archived captures. Thirty-one opened schedules carry no Nepalese entry, and sixty-two brands in the hundred-name library keep a document this pass failed to open.
What is a roster, and why print it beside the figure?
The roster is the list of which operators are behind a country's total. Two markets can share a figure and share no brands at all, so the seven names carry information the number seven leaves out.
Twenty-four markets share Nepal's exact roster. What does that indicate?
That these seven documents draw few distinctions. Each covers between 95 and 105 of the 122 markets counted here, so a shared roster reflects a common drafting habit across seven contracts rather than any judgement about the twenty-four countries inside it.
Thirty-one schedules leave Nepal out. What follows?
Only the absence of an entry from thirty-one documents on the day each was read. Deposit routing is decided by payment processors whose country rules stay private, and verification is settled later still, when a withdrawal is first requested.
