the Solomon Islands, counted
Eight rolls name the Solomon Islands, all eight read from archives
Eight of the 38 territorial rolls opened for this index name the Solomon Islands, and all eight reached the reading through an archived capture rather than a live page. Across the 122 markets on this site, three carry that same set of eight publishers.
Eight rolls, none of them answered live
Eight rolls name the Solomon Islands: 7Bit Casino, Bitdreams, Mirax, Oshi Casino, PlayAmo, Slotum, Winz.io and Bitkingz. Each was read on 26 August 2026, and each came from a stored copy of the terms page at 7bitcasino.com, bitdreams.com, miraxcasino.com, oshi.io, playamo.com, slotum.com, winz.io and bitkingz.com in turn.
The uniformity of that provenance is worth pausing on, because it changes what the figure of eight is evidence for. A live page answers for itself on the day somebody opens it. A stored copy answers for the day it was stored, and the publisher remains free to redraft afterwards on its own timetable. Fifteen rolls name New Caledonia and three of those fifteen were open on the operator's own site during the same pass, so the mixture varies by market even inside one region. Here the mixture is uniform, and every figure on this page carries that qualification with it.
Three markets, one roster
Papua New Guinea carries the identical eight brands, and Tonga holds the same set. Out of 122 markets counted on this site, those three are the entire membership of that roster, which makes the shared count a fact about the drafters rather than about any single archipelago.
The reason sits in length. Seven of the eight are the widest documents in the library, running from 95 entries to 105 against the 122 markets counted here, with Winz.io the eighth at forty. Publishers that sweep the greater part of the atlas arrive together almost anywhere, so Honiara, Port Moresby and Nuku'alofa end up sharing a cell. The Pacific counts then separate by single names: Samoa gains Nine Casino for nine, Vanuatu gains Wolf.bet for nine, Fiji absorbs both and reaches ten, and New Caledonia sits at the top of Oceania on fifteen.
Australia's thirteen and New Zealand at zero come from an entirely different quarter of the library, built out of short rolls rather than sweeping ones. The Solomon Islands figure and the Australian figure are close in size and share no publisher at all.
What each operator publishes about itself: the company named on the licence, the permit number and where it was read, how many countries the operator excludes in its own terms, and when identity documents are demanded. The country count is the length of a list the operator published, not our estimate of where it will accept you. An empty cell means the document was not read — it is not a zero, and it is not a permission.

Thirty read past, sixty-two never opened
Thirty rolls were worked through line by line with the Solomon Islands entry absent from the wording, and the claim that follows is narrow by design. A roll can trail months behind practice. The cashier answers to payment providers whose accepted-territory rules stay private. Identity checks are frequently held back until a payout is requested, which puts the last word with the operator whatever the roll says.
Sixty-two brands in the library kept a roll shut through this pass, and their rows print empty. An empty row records how far the work reached, so treating it as a green light would convert an unfinished job into a recommendation. How the reading works describes what has to happen for one of those rows to fill.
What the wording is, and what it leaves to others
A territorial roll serves the company that publishes it. It manages licensing exposure and payment relationships, it applies to that company's own dealings with a customer, and it is rewritten quietly whenever a commercial reason appears. Solomon Islands legislation belongs to different authors, appears in different instruments, and receives no interpretation here.
The distinction matters because a country printed inside a terms page looks official on a screen while remaining a private business decision. The full country index holds the whole range, and the comparison table above sets out what the twelve operators on this site publish about their own permits and checks.
